PROPERTY INFORMATION

As you walk into the home you will be immediately impressed with the high ceilings in the entry lobby and the main living areas allowing natural air flow and lighting. All the living areas, including the kitchen, dining and living room have been planned in an informal linear arrangement, so they all open directly onto the north facing entertainment terrace and SOLAR HEATED in ground infinity pool. Its the ideal home to entertain family and friends, with plenty of privacy outdoors provided by nearby vegetation to the north and south and landscaped gardens.

Bedrooms

Master Bedroom - The spacious king size master bedroom and parents retreat has a luxurious king bed with large walk in wardrobe and day spa ensuite with freestanding bath which overlooks the surrounding bush and has ocean views. It is pure luxury and tranquillity.
Second Bedroom - 1 x King bed
Third Bedroom - 1 x King bed (can be converted to 2 x king singles on request when booking)
Fourth Bedroom - 2 x King Singles (can be converted to 1 x King on request when booking)
Fifth Bedroom/Study - 1 x Double bed (off master bedroom)

Kitchen/Living 

Overlooking the infinity pool and bushland the fully equipped kitchen has top of the range Miele appliances and integrated dishwasher, 8 metre long ceasar stone kitchen bench and island bench with a separate pantry. Kitchen facilities include double door fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and range hood, gas cook top, coffee pod machine, coffee plunger.

The lounge room has a 65" TV with surround sound system with Ipod docking system and DVD player. All connected to one easy TV remote. The lounge room also has a gas fireplace for the chilly winter nights and is a cozy and comfy spot to curl up and watch a great movie, drink a glass of wine or watch your favourite sports. The Media room has a 65" HD TV with surround sound system, system and DVD player. This room can be closed off and is sound proof.

An undercover BBQ area with stainless steel BBQ and outdoor sink. Outdoor dining, lounge suite to relax and enjoy the view.

Located on Cathedral Court you have vacant land behind the property, making the location feel even more tranquil. Use the private beach access just 50m from the property. Great central location and walking distance to Kingscliff Village and the Salt Precinct

Located in south Kingscliff/Casuarina you have picked the right place to come for a holiday. You are a short drive from Coolangatta Airport, Byron Bay and many other attractions. Better yet, park the car and stay in Kingscliff for your full stay - there is plenty here for you to explore.

The Salt Village has so much to offer: Salt Bar and Bistro, ample restaurants and cafes including Fins Seafood and La Barrita. There are retails stores for you to browse and plenty of coffee shops to choose from. The Casuarina Coles Centre is also readily on hand for all of your shopping needs. 

Kingscliff is also a short drive over the bridge with even more dining, shopping and drinking choices.
