The Kingscliff Summer House is set over three expansive levels also features an internal lift. The home and provides true beach side living. Louvers and long windows throughout allow natural light, sea breeze and a natural canvas of the outside world.

LEVEL ONE

LAUNDRY, GARAGE ANS STORAGE

On the first level is the large laundry with iron, ironing board, clothes horse, cupboards, extra linen and towels, washing machine, dryer and complete with cleaning products. A Vacumaid is fitted throughout the house, so no need to lug the vacuum cleaner around. There is also an outside clothes line. There is also a bedroom with with two sofa beds. There is room for up to 3 small cars in this secure garage with remote opening garage doors. Also on the first floor is a second (beer) fridge and large water tanks to assist with water conservation.

 

LEVEL TWO

BEDROOMS, STUDY & POOL

This level is on street level, so greet your friends at the garden lined pathway entrance or at the large wooden front door with security lighting. 

On the second level are the 3 bedrooms. The first has two single beds, built in robe, side tables and night lights. The second bedroom has a queen bed, built in robe, side tables with lamps, reading chair, private courtyard with garden and outdoor furniture for 2 and interconnecting ensuite to the first bedroom. The ensuite features dual basin vanities, large mirror and massive shower.  Right outside the first bedroom is the kid safe sized laundry shute to save trips up and down the stairs, a toilet with basin and a fully stocked linen cupboard. There is also a study which could be used also as an extra bedroom, nursery or a quiet play place. This level opens up large sliding wood framed glass doors to your private tiled plunge pool with water fall and tables and chairs. The pool is child safe with locks. The master bedroom with large ensuite, walk-in robe and king-sized bed and separate deck is also on this level. The Master bedroom ensuite has dual vanity basins and a deluxe deep bath, large shower and also views of the ocean.

All linen and towels are provided.

LEVEL THREE

KITCHEN & LIVING AREAS

On the 3rd level is a family room, that can be separated from the open living there is a plasma TV and DVD player to keep the children amused. There are 2 large couches with plenty of cushions. The open style living area on the third level features the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with stainless steel Miele appliances and walk in pantry make entertaining easy! The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, convection microwave, oven, toasters, frypans, stove and dishwasher, as well as every appliance for cooking and all cutlery and then some!  If cooking is not for you then call for take-out from the many restaurants located just metres from your home. Either way your spacious balcony overlooks the blue ocean enabling you to enjoy romantic evenings watching the stunning sunsets. 

There is a large antique style dining table that seats 8 with fabric backed chairs opens up the open style hostess kitchen with large counter top and stools. The dining area, flows on to the living room with large comfy couches with cushions and lap blankets. There is a reading nook that features the library of great books, playing cards and games.

 

The large entertaining balcony has an outdoor lounge and table for 8 to ensure you and your friends are comfortable while making the best of the view. We often sight Whales migrating between June through to October migrating. This level also features a powder room.

Located in Kingscliff, Tweed Coast, Northern New South Wales. Only 50 metres to the sandy beach, 2 minute drive from the popular coastal village of Salt South Kingscliff and only a 10 minute walk to Kingscliff Bowls Club, Surf Club and Kingscliff Hotel. You can also walk a couple of minutes north to Cudgen Leagues Club.
